问问我们周围的普通人，有几个会心安理得地说自己是幸福的呢。既然幸福本就是如此难得，失去或者得不到，又会是如何的苦呢。 只能说，这也是一种宽容，一种从容的平静。

大峡谷, The Grand Canyon

When you go to the Grand Canyon,
it takes your breath away.
Pictures don't have the same effect.
It has to be seen to be understood.
You feel like you're on the edge of something that is hard to comprehend.


It's hard to explain.
The canyon is a gift,
that transcends human understanding
transcends time.
Its beauty and size humbled.
The more I trying to describe how I felt,
the more words fail me.
I felt such peace.


We get stressed out in trafic but what for?
Here make you realize just how insignificant daily life is.
We are so tiny in the world.
There is so much more to life that getting angry and worrying.


This was the message I got from the Grand Canyon.
In this vast spaces,
I found solace from my hectic life.
It's not a relief than you get from a good holiday.
I felt something...
I think will stay with me for the rest of my life.


I find that I'm calmer now that I'm back at work.
I don't get as worried about metting my deadlines.
I have a poster of the Grand Canyon.
I Just smile and look at my poster.
It reminds me of how small and inconsequential each one of us is.

昨天很晚才到家，可怜可怜。。。原本是8点半的，可是要早到，累呀。。。老实说我已经为那个晚上要穿什么衣服烦到要死最后就算了谁便穿一个因为太麻烦了。原本以为可以shopping但是那个老师说no。。。还有我们以为那个ball room很大没想到没有那么大。。。然后要冲凉时，每个人都很可怜要等冲凉房，好慢。。。。还有因为我衣服很大裤很短已覆盖着裤，他们说我没穿，我无语=='''吃晚餐的事物很丰富，不错不错（还有糖水）表演开始前，要warm up，不懂做么，我一直笑好不容易停下来一下下，秋仪姐姐叫我不要再笑了啊，弄到我又笑@.@哈哈。。。应该算是练习吧，我们在那边吹歌（我们是Band）停了很久很久，那些参加晚宴的人陆陆续续来了，有个人还在我们吹完歌后面拍了拍我肩膀说：“good jod”。当时满高兴的。嘻嘻。。。此外，有人在我面前经过，拥抱，撞我就算了因为我人有大量，不跟他计较，还kiss kiss，着不用紧因为还有人背着我用屁股轻轻的推了推我。。。不久，所谓的Tuanku来了，坐到座位上，我们的表演也算是结束了。出来时，‘不小心’看到了妈妈。然后快快到rest room收拾东西就走了。（原本是要带佩瑜回的，他说酱早回做么，因为我们算是开幕演奏，就不跟我回了）我有去sunway pyramid走走一下哦。。。

For the band practise, we practise the march thing,
urgh...so tired...hate that thing cause nit to waste my time of playing computer games
but today special, we march around the school

Cameron Highland trip>>

Yesterday I back from Cameron Highlands...
4 days 3 nights...

I go with my sis, bro, mom...
father didn't go cos got work to do...
little 'kesian'...haha
ofcourse...my mom dono how to go
then we go with my mom's best friend(ofcourse she will go with her husband)
first day...we arrive there 5 p.m. something
then we check in...the hotel is Heritage Hotel
if i didn't mistaken...
the next day...we go to strawberry farm
and i had bought a t-shirt...then market...
I forget which day but...
I have went strawberry farm, tea shop or factory, butterfly farm, rose farm, bee farm and more~
I tell u all...
If u all go Cameron Highlands for holidays...
REMEMBER don stay at Strawberry Park Resort!!!
Althought there is nice...they say they saw ghost...

2 days 1 night...
ya...pretty fun,
i didn't play outdoor themepark
why?? Cos the ticket is expensive
Guess what, i meet Hui Qi there,
We play together the indoor game...
I live at themepark hotel, she live at first world hotel
We back today but not in a same time
and together
the only thing i very angry is...
my sister didn't bring my jacket for me,
she help my brother but didn't help me
freezing there...

''Wind Orchestra'' 2009

This band competition was held at Kuantan - 16/4 to 19/4 (4 days 3 nights)

so far away from here...haha...There was 26 school join this competition. ( SMK Convent Bukit Nanas )Our school won the 3rd place but i think we are 6th in division 2.

Thursday (16/4)
Today all the competition band members must arrive at school 7 o'clock in the morning... Then we start our journey to kuantan, so tired. After few hours, we arrived the school we having our competition...The place was so huge... When we arrived there we drink some drinks that was provided then we put our instrument at the 'band room' and we start practising... So boring and sleepy, For our lunch, we need to buy outside (self service) ,the food were so cheap like the ABC,it cost only RM 1.50, I tried a juice...It was so SWEET!!! The juice is carrot + milk, it cost RM2... Than we have to go practise again for the song...After we having our dinner, we rest at the ''bilik rehat'' but all the section reader must go for the 'meeting'... Only my section reader from clarinet is dreaming!!! So she did not go for the meeting... The meeting was 2 hours until 10 p.m. After the meeting, we prepare all our belongings and go to another school for sleeping... We need at least 1 hour to reach the another school... The time we arrived the school is 12.30 in the morning. Before I sleep, I saw my pillow had blood... ew...!!!

Friday (17/4)
We wake up 5 - 5.30 o'clock in the morning... Try to think how many hours can we sleep!!! Really tired... Then we go back to the school we having our competition to have breakfast... We were in division 2, the 9th group, while we were watching the performs from other school, one of my friend's parents bought us some drinks and sweet... Later, we go to the 'band room' for practise, when we just want to start our practise teacher say DON'T PRACTISE just warmed up, the teacher scared later our mouth tired cannot blew good song, so we just rest...I think we are the only school that are resting... It was our turn for performing after lunch, we were so excited!!! After our performing... the teacher say our band was great for first time, our melody ok and more... Next time we gonna play gred 4 song, so happy!!! Then we just spend our time for rest... We go back to the another school for rest and sleeping, because the time is still early, so we just play some cards, eat some junk food and more... Suddenly a butterfly flew to our room but we were so happy that day because we think we can win the competition.

Saturday (18/4)

Need to wake up 5.15 o'clock in the morning, i fell sleeply... We go to the school for breakfast and the competition for division 1 is 8.30 in the morning, I don't know why I will be so sleepy when we watch they perform their songs just in 15 minutes, i just could only stayed for another 45 minutes. We were so tired and some of my friends go to ''bilik rehat'' for sleeping... At last, I sleep there at my seat, but there was hard to sleep because it was so hot and there was no air-cond but some small fan...after the division 1 's competition, we had our dinner and we get the result at the same time... I felt not comfortable because I am wearing 'baju kurung'. I forget to take picture of mine that wear 'baju kurung' ...^.^ After that we go back to the another school... Although it was late, because of last night... They having a small party at the room, got so much of food, I just eat a pudding then i felt it is so boring... So i go back to sleep... Some of ppl didn't sleep or just sleep for 1/2-1 hours.

Sunday (19/4)

I gonna miss this place because i don't want study.T.T Just like last day, we go to the school for breakfast again, then we get ready everything and we start our journey going back to Kuala Kumpur, because we felt very boring... we play cards together and reads some books in the bus... When we arrived our school, we faster put our instruments in our school band room and went home...Miss there because there no need to study... Hihi...ByEbYe...

It is fun and interesting... So i also wish some of my friends would came and join our school band... ^.^ tQs
